Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of the services provided through 0backlink.com and panel.0backlink.com. By creating a panel account or placing an order you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

Service description

0backlink provides two services on a publisher network of roughly 30 sites that it manages:

1. Footer link: A link that stays live in the footer of the selected sites for a fixed term (30, 60 or 90 days).
2. Sponsored post: An original article published on a network site, linking to the customer's site.

The start and end date of every placement is recorded in the panel. When the term ends, footer links are removed automatically; this is by design and no additional notice is given. Report records remain available in the panel.

Orders and payment

Payments are made with crypto assets. After ordering, you transfer to the address shown in the panel and enter the transaction hash; the order is processed after the payment is verified by hand by an authorized person. Due to the nature of blockchain transactions, 0backlink cannot be held responsible for transfers sent to a wrong address or wrong network. If an amount arrives short because of exchange-rate movements, the difference is requested.

Refund policy

• If a request is rejected at the review stage, no fee is charged; any payment made is refunded in full.
• Orders that have not yet gone live can be cancelled and refunded.
• For live placements, a prorated refund for the remaining term is made where the disruption is caused by 0backlink.
• Refunds are made in the crypto asset used for payment, at the amount recorded at the time of payment.

Content restrictions

Requests aimed at the following areas are rejected: illegal products and services, gambling and betting, adult content, malware, misleading health or finance claims, and content infringing third-party rights. 0backlink reserves the right to reject a request, stating the reason in the panel.

Limitation of liability

0backlink is responsible for publishing placements for the committed term and as recorded. Outcomes such as search engine rankings, traffic or revenue growth are not guaranteed; such outcomes depend on many external factors. Total liability for indirect damages is limited to the price of the relevant order. If a network site goes offline, affected placements are moved to an equivalent site or the remaining term is refunded.

Account and termination

The user is responsible for the accuracy of account information and the confidentiality of the password. Accounts may be suspended in case of a breach of these terms; the status of ongoing placements is reported in the panel. Users may close their account at any time.

Changes and governing law

When the terms are updated, the new version is published on this page; significant changes are announced by email. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye.
